2. Services Description
KBG Software provides software development, web development, and IT consultation services. Our products include school management systems, e-commerce platforms, and custom business applications.
3. Payment Terms for Software Services
3.1 Development Projects:
- 25% advance payment before project commencement
- 25% upon project milestone completion
- 50% upon project delivery and client approval
3.2 Payment Gateway Services:
- For payment gateway integration services, transaction fees apply as per the payment gateway provider's terms
- KBG Software acts as a service provider and is not responsible for payment disputes between end-users and payment gateway providers
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in the software, websites, and materials developed by KBG Software remain the property of KBG Software until full payment is received. Upon complete payment, ownership transfers to the client as per the agreement.
5. Limitation of Liability
KBG Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Guwahati, Assam.
