The nGEMS application is intended for schools, teachers, parents, and students. Information displayed within the application is entered and maintained by the respective educational institution.

The application may display:

• Student ID
• Phone Number
• Class & Section
• Attendance Records
• Examination Results
• Homework
• Timetable
• Fee Information
• Library Information
• School Notices

The application does not create student records independently. All records are provided and managed by the respective school.

3. User Authentication

Users access the application using credentials provided by their educational institution. User IDs and passwords are used only for authentication.

4. How We Use Information

• Authenticate users
• Display academic information
• Display attendance and examination records
• Display fee information
• Deliver school notifications
• Improve application reliability and security

We do not use personal information for advertising or marketing.

5. Payment Information

Where schools enable online fee payment, payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways such as Cashfree and Razorpay. KBG Software does not store debit card, credit card, bank account or UPI PIN information.

6. Push Notifications

The application may use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to deliver notices, homework, attendance alerts, examination updates and fee reminders. Notification tokens are used solely for sending notifications.

7. Diagnostics

Limited technical information such as crash reports and diagnostic data may be collected to improve application stability and performance. This information is never used for advertising.

8. Information Sharing

KBG Software does not sell or rent personal information. Information is shared only:

• With the respective educational institution.
• When required by law.
• To protect legal rights and system security.
